Payment Methods

We welcome all of you to our programs! We are very excited to have familiar faces and new families joining us for the 2024-2025 season!

When you register you will be charged for the first month (i.e. Septmeber). Following this you will pay on the first of each month come October.

In order to best serve you and especially the students in our program we ask that you use the credit card option for payment. This makes the payment process very streamlined and efficient allowing us to quickly issue refunds and credits if needed (i.e. snow days) and cut back on administrative time to process payments. By saving this admin time, we are able to focus more on things like research, program development, and staff training to name a few!

Cancellation Policy

We have a semestered system whereby there are two dates during the year you can withdraw. The first semester is September - Christmas Break. We ask you notify us by December 15 if you would like to withdraw for semester #2. The second semester is January - March Break. We ask that you notify by us by February 28 if you would like to withdraw for semester #3. Then semester three is following March Break until June. You will automatically roll into the next semester, so no worries about contacting us! 

Prior to September (and for camps) should you need to cancel we require 30 days notice for a full refund minus a $10 admin fee. 15 days notice will be a 50% refund and 7 days notice is a 25% refund. 

Payment will be on a month to month basis. On the first of each month you will be charged for the events within that month (i.e. October 1 you will pay for all the days that your child(ren) will attend in October).

Administration Help

A quick face to a name video. If you have any questions relating to uplifter please contact Christine. This can be anything to do with registering, invoices, participant details, credit (i.e. from snow days) or whatever snags you may run into. Please email Christine and your school specific email to confirm the withdrawal (following the dates Carlin mentioned in his video). School specific emails are listed below.

Christine will be the one emailing you about any details to do with updates to invoices, broad cancellations for any reason, registration updates with your program etc. Since we are so spread out across Ontario with the many Forest Schools, it's nice to have a face to the emails!
